About the role
<p class="x_MsoNormal">Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Children’s Social Worker to join its client’s Referral and Assessment team based in Swindon.</p>
<p class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>What will your responsibilities be?</strong></p>
<p>In this role, you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Conduct statutory assessments and child protection investigations.</li>
<li>Develop and implement Child in Need or Child Protection Plans.</li>
<li>Support children and families through community services and the Family Intervention and Support Service.</li>
<li>Work within the Family Safeguarding Model to help children remain safely within their families.</li>
<li>Participate in a duty rota every 5 weeks as part of a POD structure.</li>
</ul>

<p class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>Qualifications & Experience:</strong></p>
<p class="x_MsoNormal">To be successful in this role you must have, </p>
<ul type="disc">
<li class="x_MsoNormal">Social Work England registration</li>
<li class="x_MsoNormal">Eligible to work in the UK</li>
<li class="x_MsoNormal">Hold a full UK driving licence</li>
<li class="x_MsoNormal">Post-qualified experience</li>
<li class="x_MsoNormal">Degree level or equivalent in Social Work</li>
</ul>
<p class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>Additional Requirements:<br></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven ability to work in partnership with children, families, and professionals.</li>
<li>Strong strengths-based and child-centred approach.</li>
<li>Effective assessment, planning, and direct work skills.</li>
<li>Fluent in English (Part 7 of the Immigration Act requirement)</li>
</ul>
