of referral requests into the appropriate portal.  They are also responsible for follow-up on all specialty referrals and coordination of care for urgent referrals.  The referral coordinator is an integral part of the care team, working as a liaison between the patient, providers, utilization management and various departments to ensure timely access to specialty care.  Core Responsibilities & for medical/dental/vision insurance, short and long-term disability, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) savings, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The expected salary range for this position is $22 to $25. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.
