What Success Looks Like:

• Leasing apartments to qualified, excited residents who can’t wait to move in
• Following up with leads and turning interest into signed leases
• Welcoming new residents and helping them feel confident in their choice
• Planning or promoting events that create a sense of community
• Collaborating with the team to keep operations tight
