About the role
A new boutique fitness studio is launching in West London and is seeking experienced and service-led Reformer Instructors to join its founding team ahead of opening.
The studio is designed for clients who value intelligent movement, lifestyle balance, and a premium yet approachable experience. This is an opportunity to be part of a studio from day one, contributing to both class delivery and the overall client experience during its launch phase.
Salary: £45 starting rate, opportunity to increase up to £50/class

Locations: Notting Hill
Working Hours: Friday, Saturday and Sunday shifts initial, more weekday slots as the timetable grows
Experience: A grounding in & understanding of classical pilates, but interest in more strength-based pilates style with optional hand weights.
Reformer Instructors will deliver dynamic, technique-focused reformer classes that balance effective workouts with thoughtful programming and personal attention. Classes are energetic and music-driven, but never rushed or generic.
Deliver engaging, dynamic reformer classes aligned with the studio’s signature “dynamic Pilates” approach
Coach small group classes (approx. 10 clients), offering hands-on technique correction and individual feedback
Create a welcoming, high-touch client experience that supports retention and repeat visits
Confidently manage classes independently, including client check-ins via the studio CRM system
Maintain high standards of professionalism, presentation, and punctuality during the studio launch phase
Support a collaborative studio culture by being reliable and adaptable as the schedule evolves
Nationally recognised Pilates certification or personal training certification Level 3 or above.
First Aid certification from a reputable organisation.
Proven experience in designing and implementing effective fitness programs for individuals of varying fitness levels and goals.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, and proper exercise technique.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with clients.
Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
Ability to motivate and inspire clients, adapting coaching styles to meet individual needs.
Organisational skills to track client progress, schedule sessions, and manage administrative tasks.
Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, based on client availability.
