<p><strong><span data-contrast="none">Regional Convention:</span></strong><span data-contrast="none"> BBYO teens are invited to join other teens in their region for fun weekend conventions throughout the year that typically take place at a camp, hotel, or retreat center.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"201341983":2,"335559738":0,"335559739":150,"335559740":300}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="none">Conventions are planned and led by teens in BBYO to serve different purposes. Some conventions address the major business for the year and are opportunities to elect officers to the regional board. In other instances, conventions bring members together for a fun and meaningful weekend of programming, activities, Shabbat moments, and hanging out with friends!</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"201341983":2,"335559738":0,"335559739":150,"335559740":300}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Provide support to staff as they deal with participant behavior such as aggression, homesickness, teasing, or bullying. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"201341983":0,"335559685":1080,"335559731":0,"335559738":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Be alert to issues that may arise from pre-existing family situations such as recent death, divorce, or serious illness in the family. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"201341983":0,"335559685":1080,"335559731":0,"335559738":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Consult with staff as they work with children with diagnosed disorders. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"201341983":0,"335559685":1080,"335559731":0,"335559738":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
