<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">The Regional Director of Operations works under the supervision of the VP of Operations on the management of daily operations and profitability of United Vein &amp; Vascular Centers.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">&nbsp;This position is a multi-faceted, highly visible leadership role over managers and operations in an assigned region, requiring sound leadership in the development and execution of strategy over clinic operations. The RDO will be responsible for identifying problem areas and directing managers and their teams in executing a means to improve in achieving overall company goals.</span></p> <p><em><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">This is an exciting opportunity to oversee our brand new New York and New Jersey market. Must live within either of those states.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></strong></em></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">About the role&nbsp;</span></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Operational leadership over a group of markets in more than one region, analyzing clinic outcomes and KPIs and removing production constraints.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Work with each market leader to set operational goals and quality metrics that can be measured and evaluated to drive performance and efficiencies.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Establish and utilize KPIs to improve performance by promoting a metrics-driven culture and collaborative partnerships with colleagues and outside providers.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Build, coach, and mentor market managers in the assigned region. Accordingly, travel to the designated locations is required on a relatively frequent basis.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Oversight of recruitment, staffing, compensation, training, reporting, retention, performance management and terminations. Provide individuals with professional and personal growth and development.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Administrative functions include approvals of all job requisitions, offer letters, compensation increases, manager expense reports, PTO, and purchase requests of assigned region.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Identify key strategic issues facing clinic operations and craft impactful solutions. This includes detailing the problem, organizing a cross-functional team, and managing a timely analysis with predetermined milestones. Recommendations will enable the executive management team to make critical decisions.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Ongoing evaluation of clinic operations structure, ensuring policies and procedures are intact</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Develop strategic recommendations to support patient experience and improvement initiatives in the field, including innovative approaches for measuring and reporting unit level performance.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Develop, distribute, and evaluate Standard Operating Procedures creating consistency, efficiency, and improved productivity.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Collaborate closely with Drive Team and Leadership to drive performance of key business lines.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Provide leadership and P&amp;L ownership over the market, collaborate with local clinical and operational leaders to implement, and manage business operations.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Work closely with key stakeholders and all corporate department leaders.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Meet in person with Internal and /or external stakeholders to facilitate team and business priorities/opportunities.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Demonstrate and promote a work culture committed to UVVC’s Core Values: understanding, nurturing, ingenuity, trust, excellence, and diversity.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Demonstrate behaviors that are consistent with UVVC’s Standards of Conduct as outlined in our Employee Handbook.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Maintain the confidentiality and security of Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with UVVC policies, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and other applicable laws and regulations. PHI is a top priority of our organization.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Perform other related duties as assigned.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong><span style="font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Qualifications&nbsp;</span></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Bachelor’s degree in business or related field</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Surgical Clinical experience preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">6+ years of experience managing a P&amp;L within a healthcare delivery setting.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Experience managing multiple clinics and markets within a healthcare setting is required.
