Join Us!</span></p> <p><strong>You</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The </span><strong>Marketing Intern</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> will play an important role within the marketing team and is responsible for facilitating a variety of marketing functions, including purchasing, lead management and data quality, and analysis. Key responsibilities include learning and using core marketing systems like Salesforce, Hubspot and marketing operations tools, monitoring and maintaining data quality within our marketing database, and conducting analyses and reporting on marketing performance.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">&nbsp;</span><strong>Your Day to Day:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Event Co-ordination</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">: Assist in organising and executing field events, including trade shows, webinars, and meetups.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Support purchasing: </strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">Processes for marketing, working closely with the local teams to ensuring alignment with the marketing budget</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Develop and Maintain Event Registrations</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">: Manage event registration platforms, track attendee sign-ups, and coordinate communications to ensure seamless participant experiences.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Coordinate Promotional Materials</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">: Assist in sourcing, organising, and distributing promotional items and branded merchandise for events and campaigns.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Manage Event Logistics</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">: Support logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site setup and teardown activities.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Assist in Budget Tracking</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">: Monitor marketing budgets for field activities, ensuring expenditures align with allocated funds and reporting discrepancies as needed.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Create Post-Event Reports</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">: Compile and analyse data from events to assess performance metrics, attendee engagement, and return on investment.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work closely with the wider Feedzai teams across the globe&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>You Have &amp; You Know-how:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Marketing experience desirable</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Software/technology company experience desirable</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Process-oriented mindset</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to learn new platforms and processes quickly</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Fluency in English, written and verbal.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Exceptional verbal and written communication, time management, and organisational skills</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong collaborative and cross-functional interpersonal skills.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience or strong interest in working within a fast-paced startup environment.</span></li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><hr> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Your First 30-Days at Feedzai:</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;">You will be immersed in our brand with training, connections, and one-on-one time with your manager.
