<p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Regional Healthcare Sales Representative</p>
<p><strong>Job Type:</strong> Part-time / Contingent</p>
<p><strong>Hours:</strong> Up to 25 hours per week (maximum)</p>
<p><strong>Location:</strong> Territory-based / In-person</p>
<p><strong>Compensation:</strong> $28-$33 per hour + performance-based commissions</p>
<p><strong>Reimbursement:</strong> Mileage and approved business expenses</p>

<h2><strong>Job Summary:</strong></h2>
<p>Aviary's mission is to empower everyone to live a long, full and optimal life. We are seeking an experienced <strong>Part-Time Regional Healthcare Sales Representative</strong> to develop and advance a regional pipeline within an assigned territory, calling on potential clients. Territories will typically align with the representative’s existing regional relationships.</p>
<p>This is a <strong>individual-contributor, relationship-driven sales role</strong> focused on complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and executive decision-makers. This role does not include management of staff or responsibility for company-wide go-to-market strategy.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate has proven experience in B2B sales, has professional healthcare relationships, is confident engaging owners and leadership teams, and is comfortable advancing opportunities toward defined next steps and timelines.</p>
<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Identify and engage potential clients within assigned territory</li>
<li>Build trusted relationships with healthcare business owners, executives, and operational leaders</li>
<li>Schedule and lead in-person presentations and educational meetings</li>
<li>Clearly communicate value and business impact</li>
<li>Conduct consistent, strategic follow-up</li>
<li>Move territory opportunities from introduction through close</li>
<li>Secure clear next steps, timelines, and progress toward commercial agreements</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Qualifications: </strong></h2>
<p>Candidates ideally have: </p>
<ul>
<li>Proven <strong>Healthcare </strong><strong>B2B sales experience</strong> in a complex sales environment<strong>*</strong></li>
<li>Demonstrated experience managing multi-touch sales cycles</li>
<li>Comfort presenting to business owners and executive leadership</li>
<li>Strong communication and closing skills</li>
<li>Established professional healthcare network in their regional market</li>
<li>Experience in or exposure to cardiovascular or chronic care environments</li>
</ul>
<p><em><strong>*</strong>Candidates without direct sales experience may be considered if they have relevant clinical or health science backgrounds (e.g., cardiac rehabilitation, stress testing, exercise physiology) and demonstrate a strong aptitude and interest in developing sales capabilities</em></p>
