font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What will your responsibilities be?</strong></span></p> <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting new foster parents and managing their licensing, re-licensing, and training. </span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You will coordinate relationships with counties and referral sources, meet bi-weekly with children and foster parents, and oversee daily operations of the regional program. </span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You will design and implement a recruitment plan to support program growth and ensure all state requirements are met in foster homes. </span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Additionally, you will handle grievances, maintain knowledge of program and clinical processes, and participate in internal and external committees to address Social Policy regarding foster care and children aging out. </span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Other duties may be assigned by the State Director, Treatment Foster Care.</span></li> </ul> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Benefits:</strong></span></p> <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">To be successful in this role you must have,&nbsp;</span></p> <ul style="text-align: justify;"> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Proven experience as a&nbsp;Regional Manager,&nbsp;Responsible Individual, or&nbsp;Senior Registered Manager&nbsp;within children’s residential care</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">A strong track record of&nbsp;Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">In-depth knowledge of safeguarding, compliance, and regulatory frameworks</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">A strategic mindset with the ability to lead, inspire, and develop multiple teams</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel across the region</span></li> </ul> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
