If you're ready to bring your skills to a global stage, this is your chance to make an impact.</p> <h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2> <p>You will own and drive AppsFlyer’s field marketing strategy across LATAM. As a strategic marketing partner, you’ll lead regional campaigns, events, executive experiences, partner activations, and content initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, engage target accounts, accelerate pipeline growth, and support customer expansion.</p> <p>Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Global Marketing teams, you’ll translate business priorities into impactful marketing programs that deliver measurable results across the region.</p> <h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2> <p>Regional Marketing Strategy and Execution: Plan and execute integrated marketing initiatives across LATAM, including campaigns, events, webinars, executive dinners, partner activations, and content programs that support business objectives and revenue growth.</p> <p>Drive Brand Awareness and Pipeline Growth: Develop strategic marketing plans that increase market presence, generate new business opportunities, accelerate pipeline progression, and deepen customer engagement across the region.</p> <p>Lead High-Impact Events and Activations: Own the planning, execution, and post-event analysis of key regional initiatives, including MAMA, industry conferences, executive experiences, and strategic marketing campaigns.</p> <p>Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, SDRs, Partnerships, Product Marketing, PR, Growth, and Global Marketing teams to align marketing activities with commercial priorities and customer needs.</p> <p>Localize Content and Messaging: Adapt global campaigns, content, and messaging to ensure relevance across LATAM markets, including presentations, emails, landing pages, social media assets, and sales enablement materials.</p> <p>Executional Excellence: Manage budgets, agencies, vendors, timelines, and internal processes with a strong attention to detail, ensuring flawless execution across multiple initiatives.</p> <p>Measure and Optimize Performance: Track campaign and event performance, analyze ROI, pipeline contribution, and account engagement, and provide actionable recommendations to continuously improve results.</p> <h2><strong>What You Have</strong></h2> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience in Field Marketing, B2B Marketing, Demand Generation, Event Marketing, or Campaign Management.</li> <li>Experience working in SaaS, technology, MarTech, AdTech, mobile, digital marketing, or another fast-paced B2B environment.</li> <li>Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing programs that drive measurable business outcomes.</li> <li>Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders, initiatives, budgets, and deadlines simultaneously.</li> <li>Hands-on, proactive, and highly organized, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.</li> <li>Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li> <li>Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English, written and verbal. Portuguese is an advantage.</li> <li>Experience collaborating with senior leadership, sales teams, global stakeholders, partners, vendors, and customers in a multicultural environment.</li> </ul> <p>At AppsFlyer, we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
