You will focus on operational execution, technical readiness of the fleet and operational support tasks, working closely with the Regional Operations Manager.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This is a hands-on operational role combining technical coordination, operational support, field work and project assistance.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><em><strong>NB: Please submit your resume in English!</strong></em></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 24pt;"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">About the Role</strong></span></p> <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Oversee management of Bus Partners and routes, ensuring operational standards in safety, punctuality, and quality, while supporting monitoring of operational KPIs and implementing improvement actions</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate bus equipment readiness, including onboard devices, destination boards, stickers, mandatory equipment, and manage all operational hardware and technical equipment assigned to Bus Partners and drivers</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead ordering, replacement, and tracking of operational and technical equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage across partners</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support vehicle and driver inspections, follow up on identified issues, and contribute to operational trainings and onboarding of Bus Partners and drivers</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist in operational projects and process‑improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and service quality</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support the resolution of operational disruptions and incidents together with the Regional Operations Manager </span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to operational reporting and documentation to ensure alignment and transparency<br></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 24pt;"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">About You</strong></span></p> <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Fluent Ukrainian and English, both written and spoken is a must</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience in operations, transport, logistics, or technical coordination roles, including <strong>work with external partners</strong></span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong organizational and coordination skills, with a technical mindset and ability to manage hardware and operational equipment</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Readiness to travel within the region when legally permitted</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience in passenger transport operations (nice to have)</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience managing equipment or technical assets (nice to have)</span></li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Knowledge of a Caucasian language (nice to have)<br></span></li> </ul> <p style="line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
