<p>As a Regional Payroll Advisor, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll for multiple countries. You have to be a detail-oriented individual with a structured mindset who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.</p>

<li><point>Execute full-cycle payroll processing for a designated region, ensuring compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local laws.</point></li>
<li><point>Accurately input and maintain employee payroll data, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and benefits deductions.</point></li>
<li><point>Perform regular payroll reconciliations to verify data integrity and resolve any discrepancies.</point></li>
<li><point>Assist in year-end processes, audits, and ensure all payroll procedures adhere to company policies and legal requirements.</point></li>
<li><point>Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll questions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.</point></li>
<li><point>Utilise payroll platforms like Workday or SAP to process and manage payroll data efficiently.</point></li>

<li><point>You have experience in payroll in a global or multi-national environment.</point></li>
<li><point>You have high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, including vlookups, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.</point></li>
<li><point>You have prior experience with a major payroll platform such as Workday or SAP.</point></li>
<li><point>You have meticulous attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.</point></li>
<li><point>You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.</point></li>
<li><point>You have a strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.</point></li>
