<p>As the Regional Payroll Manager, you will lead our payroll operations across multiple countries. You will be a hands-on leader with a strong technical background, a passion for process improvement, and a proven ability to manage complex payroll environments.</p>

<p>You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of our payroll processes while managing a team of payroll advisors, overseeing key vendor relationships, and driving strategic automation projects. </p>

<li><point>Lead, mentor, and manage a team of payroll advisors, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement; manage daily team activities, workloads, and timely and accurate payroll cycles.</point></li>
<li><point>Oversee the end-to-end payroll process for multiple countries within the region, providing guidance to the team on payroll inputs, validations, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.</point></li>
<li><point>Ensure full compliance with all local, regional, and national payroll regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements and act as the primary point of contact for internal and external payroll audits.</point></li>
<li><point>Identify, design, and lead automation projects aimed at enhancing payroll efficiency, accuracy, and scalability, including leveraging existing systems and exploring new technologies.</point></li>
<li><point>Manage the relationship with our third-party payroll outsourcing vendors, including monitoring service levels, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.</point></li>
<li><point>Serve as a subject matter expert for payroll-related functionality within our HRIS and payroll systems.</point></li>

<p><title><strong>About you:</strong></title></p>

<li><point>You have proven experience managing regional or global payroll operations, with a track record of leading a team of payroll professionals.</point></li>
<li><point>You have demonstrated expertise with different HRIS and payroll systems; hands-on experience with Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft is highly preferred.</point></li>
<li><point>You can communicate fluently in English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.</point></li>
<li><point>You have in-depth knowledge of European payroll legislation, tax regulations, and labour laws across multiple jurisdictions.</point></li>
<li><point>You have strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.</point></li>
<li><point>You have solid experience managing relationships with and overseeing the performance of third-party payroll outsourcing vendors.</point></li>
