You will be a hands-on leader with a strong technical background, a passion for process improvement, and a proven ability to manage complex payroll environments.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of our payroll processes while managing a team of payroll advisors, overseeing key vendor relationships, and driving strategic automation projects.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&lt;/text&gt;<br>&lt;/gh-role-detail&gt;<br><br></p> <p>&lt;gh-responsibilities&gt;</p> <p>&lt;title&gt;<strong>Main tasks and responsibilities:</strong>&lt;/title&gt;</p> <p>&lt;bulletpoints&gt;</p> <ul> <li>&lt;point&gt;Lead, mentor, and manage a team of payroll advisors, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement; manage daily team activities, workloads, and timely and accurate payroll cycles.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Oversee the end-to-end payroll process for multiple countries within the region, providing guidance to the team on payroll inputs, validations, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Ensure full compliance with all local, regional, and national payroll regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements and act as the primary point of contact for internal and external payroll audits.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Identify, design, and lead automation projects aimed at enhancing payroll efficiency, accuracy, and scalability, including leveraging existing systems and exploring new technologies.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Manage the relationship with our third-party payroll outsourcing vendors, including monitoring service levels, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Serve as a subject matter expert for payroll-related functionality within our HRIS and payroll systems.&lt;/point&gt;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&lt;/bulletpoints&gt;<br>&lt;/gh-responsibilities&gt;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&lt;gh-requirements&gt;</p> <p>&lt;title&gt;<strong>About you:</strong>&lt;/title&gt;</p> <p>&lt;bulletpoints&gt;</p> <ul> <li>&lt;point&gt;You have proven experience managing regional or global payroll operations, with a track record of leading a team of payroll professionals.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;You have demonstrated expertise with different HRIS and payroll systems; hands-on experience with Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft is highly preferred.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;You can communicate fluently in English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;You have in-depth knowledge of European payroll legislation, tax regulations, and labour laws across multiple jurisdictions.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;You have strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;You have solid experience managing relationships with and overseeing the performance of third-party payroll outsourcing vendors.&lt;/point&gt;</li> </ul> <p>&lt;/bulletpoints&gt;<br>&lt;text&gt;</p> <p>Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity.
