About the role
Key Responsibilities
- People Management: recruiting, developing, disciplining, and terminating paraprofessional staff, including annual performance reviews
- Financial Management: overseeing the hospital’s P&L, including accounts payable/accounts receivable, payroll, and inventory
- Customer Service: resolving client issues and escalations and overseeing follow-up communications
- Special Projects: the PM pro will work in partnership with the Regional Director of Operations on special projects, as assigned by leadership.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Prior veterinary experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required. Will consider directly related experience in lieu of education.
- A positive, can-do attitude; strong people skills/emotional intelligence; excellent analytical skills; willingness to roll up your sleeves and chip in to help the team.
