Regional Sales Director

<div class="content-intro"><p>At Tactile Medical, we specialize in developing at-home therapy devices to treat lymphedema, chronic venous insufficiency and respiratory illnesses.</p></div><p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The Regional Sales Director is responsible for building and developing a highly effective sales team with the ability to successfully launch a new therapeutic product.&nbsp; Responsible for establishing sales strategies to attain monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.&nbsp; Responsible for penetrating underserved clinical markets.&nbsp; Assist with development and on-going review of sales compensation and training programs.&nbsp; Must ensure all field representatives are compliant with all appropriate regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Recruit, hire, train and lead a team of Territory Account Managers in assigned geographic locations.&nbsp; Through frequent and effective communication, Territory Account Managers are aware of all resources available to them to assist in making alliances and closing a sale.&nbsp; Responsible for providing informal regular feedback as well as a written review annually.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Establish sales strategies to attain monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Responsible for researching and identifying strategies which identify marketing opportunities.&nbsp; Provide analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of sales methods, costs and results.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assists with developing and on-going review of Territory Account Managers' compensation and training programs.&nbsp; Responsible for assisting in the development of a compensations structure that rewards reps based on performance while preventing over compensating a poor performing rep.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Educating therapists, patients, and physicians on the Flexitouch system and other products and services offered by Tactile Systems Technology.&nbsp; Responsible for conducting professional in-services and demonstrations on the use of the product to the customer, therapists and doctors.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assist in providing customer support with training, reimbursement, concerns or complaints.&nbsp; Responsible for staying current on reimbursement processes and issues within territory to efficiently assist patient with reimbursement concerns.&nbsp; Responsible for assisting customer with training needs and resolving customer complaints.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Provide input in senior management meetings, as well as suggestions for continuous improvement and best practices</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Other duties as assigned</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Education &amp; Experience:</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong><em>Required:</em></strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent sales experience</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Home medical equipment and/or pharmaceutical sales management experience</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated ability to increase revenue through motivation and formation of strategic partnerships and alliances</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">5-10 years experience in sales management</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated ability to launch new products</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Knowledge &amp; Skills:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to lift 20 pounds</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Travel 70% of the time within territory as well as outside territory for conferences and training</span></li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Our total compensation package includes medical, dental and vision benefits, retirement benefits, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, parental leave, family medical leave, volunteer time off and additional leave programs, life insurance, disability coverage, and other life and work wellness benefits and discounts.
