Implements and drives effective training, events and sponsoring activities to increase key performance indicators driving business growth. font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Performance Qualifications</span></strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">5 years of building a Direct Selling business as an independent Ambassador/Distributor with a proven track record of personally recruiting and developing a field organization; must possess prior experience in a corporate-facing or field-development role and have a valid driver’s license.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Knowledge of Direct Selling industry and practices.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Strong communication and presentation skills, interpersonal and organizational skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Must be very detail oriented and possess excellent time management skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Thorough knowledge of social selling tools and how to leverage social media to drive recruitment of consultants and enable and empower the consultants for success.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;
