Regional Sales Representative


As a Regional Sales Representative at Sonova, you’ll be at the forefront of building relationships with our customers driving sales growth and increasing market share across your assigned territory within the UK. This is a field-based role offering the freedom to manage your own diary while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Successful candidates will be assigned territories based on their home location.

More about the role

 

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to grow Sonova’s product portfolio (Phonak & Unitron) across your assigned territory
  • Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers, providing product training and education
  • Achieve sales targets and expand distribution points, ensuring company records and CRM systems are up to date
  • Attend trade shows, industry exhibitions, and internal sales meetings as required
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform business strategy
  • Offer technical support and exceptional customer service, including out-of-hours support when needed


More about you

 

 

  • Strong sales experience, medical devices, or related industries
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • IT literate with experience using CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a field-based environment

 

 

  • Business or commercial qualification
  • Ability to analyse data and interpret business insights
  • Previous experience in training or presenting technical information to customers
