This position will be responsible for leading a team of Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technicians (Mechanics).&nbsp;</p> <p style="line-height: 1;"><strong>Schedule: </strong>Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM&nbsp;</p> <p style="line-height: 1;"><span style="font-weight: 400; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong><em>Salary range: $110,000-$120,000/yr. Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate.</em></strong></span></p> <h3 style="line-height: 1;"><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></h3> <p>As a Regional Service Manager, you’ll oversee service operations across multiple locations within a specific region. The Regional Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing service teams, and maintaining customer satisfaction.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Coordination and supervision of quality performance of our equipment mechanics and service personnel.</p> </li> <li> <p>Scheduling repairs for customer and company owned rental equipment</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with the level of service and support they are receiving from EquipmentShare and are being kept up-to-date about new or additional ways in which EquipmentShare can help improve their business</p> </li> <li> <p>Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications</p> </li> <li> <p>Employee training and development and maintaining a safe work environment</p> </li> <li> <p>Other duties, assigned as needed</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Why EquipmentShare?</strong></h3> <p>Because we do things differently — and we think you’ll feel it from day one. Ideally three years of maintenance and service experience.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.</p> </li> <li>Ability to travel up to 70% of the time required.</li> <li> <p>Adaptable to the fast pace of a growing company and be able to quickly educate themselves about and stay up-to-date on the latest EquipmentShare products and services.</p> </li> <li> <p>Competitive, but thrive in a team oriented environment. Preference will be given to applicants with experience and/or a background in the construction industry.&nbsp;</p> </li> <li>Knowledge of work planning, scheduling and other supervisory activities.</li> <li> <p>Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>High School Diploma or Equivalent Education or Experience required.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ideally three years of maintenance and service experience.</p> </li> <li>Extensive experience in the repair and maintenance of self-propelled platforms and lifts.</li> <li> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
