<div class="jd-section-employer"> <div class="jd-description-text"> <p><strong>Pay:</strong> $22.00 - $25.00 per hour</p> <p>Join a Team That Makes a Real Difference!</p> <p>ABA Achievers is looking for a compassionate, energetic, and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work part-time with a <strong>13-year-old client</strong> for approximately <strong>18-20 hours per week.</strong> If you’re passionate about helping children and teens with autism build confidence, independence, and everyday life skills, we’d love to have you on our team.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Hours</strong>: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday (3:30 - 5:30pm) + Saturday, Sunday (5-6 hours, flexible)&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA&nbsp;supervision across home, school, and center-based&nbsp;settings</li> <li>Collect accurate session data and enter&nbsp;documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each&nbsp;session</li> <li>Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior&nbsp;intervention plans (BIPs)</li> <li>Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in&nbsp;process</li> <li>Maintain professional communication with families&nbsp;and report observations to supervising BCBA</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience working&nbsp;with children with developmental disabilities</li> <li>Current RBT certification</li> <li>Experience with ABA data collection and session&nbsp;documentation</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for&nbsp;supporting the autism community</li> </ul> </div> </div> <div class="jd-section-job-taxonomy-attributes"> <p class="jd-header-text"><strong>Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Flexible scheduling options</li> <li>Professional development assistance and RBT<br>certification support</li> <li>Opportunities for advancement to BCBA supervision track</li> <li>Supportive and mission-driven clinical team</li> </ul> <p><strong>What sets you apart?</strong></p> <p>Your dedication to helping, educating, and supporting the autistic community is evident in everything you do.
