<p><strong>Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour </strong></p>
<p><strong>Join Our Mission at <em>Great Strides ABA</em>: </strong> Our program is expanding, and we’re looking for looking for a compassionate, energetic, and reliable<em> </em><strong>Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)</strong> to work part-time with a <strong>5-year-old</strong> client for <strong>approximately 20 hours</strong> per week. </p>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Hours:</strong></span> Mon - Fri (3:45-6:45pm) & Sat (9am-2pm)</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings</li>
<li>Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session</li>
<li>Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)</li>
<li>Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in process</li>
<li>Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience working with children with developmental disabilities</li>
<li>Current RBT certification</li>
<li>Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community</li>
