<p><strong>Pay:</strong> $22.00 - $25.00 per hour</p>
<p>We here at ABA Achievers are on the hunt for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to become an integral part of our mission-driven clinical team. If you have a passion for helping children with autism and developmental disabilities reach their full potential, we want you.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA<br>supervision across home, school, and center-based<br>settings</li>
<li>Collect accurate session data and enter<br>documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each<br>session</li>
<li>Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior<br>intervention plans (BIPs)</li>
<li>Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in<br>process</li>
<li>Maintain professional communication with families<br>and report observations to supervising BCBA</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience working<br>with children with developmental disabilities</li>
<li>Current RBT certification</li>
<li>Experience with ABA data collection and session<br>documentation</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for<br>supporting the autism community</li>
