<p data-start="157" data-end="236">🕒 <strong data-start="160" data-end="173">Schedule:</strong><br>• Monday–Thursday: 5:30 PM–8:30 PM<br data-start="208" data-end="211">• Sunday: 9:30 AM–1:30 PM</p>
<p data-start="238" data-end="262">💰 <strong data-start="241" data-end="249">Pay:</strong> $25–$30/hour</p>
<p data-start="264" data-end="402">✅ RBT preferred (experienced paraprofessionals welcome)<br data-start="319" data-end="322">✅ Reliable, patient, and engaging<br data-start="355" data-end="358">✅ Experience working with children preferred</p>
<p data-start="404" data-end="651">📚 <strong data-start="407" data-end="428">Responsibilities:</strong><br>• Provide 1:1 support<br>• Work alongside a BCBA to implement behavior intervention plans and individualized goals<br>• Support skill development and positive behavior strategies<br>• Collect data and communicate progress as needed</p>
