About the role
WHAT WE OFFER:
-2-4 weeks onboarding and training program for all new hygienists
-Our average hygienist sees only 6-7 patients a day
-We do not have accelerated hygiene in any of our offices
-Starting base pay between $43-50/hr *based on experience and skill set
-We pay to laser certify all our hygienists
-Our new compensation model allows hygienists to be compensated similar to doctor
-Our hygienists have daily production compensation
-No limit to hourly pay and additional compensation
-Technology includes digital x-rays, digital panos, CBCT, laser, iTero scans, and AI integration into x-rays
-Quarterly bonuses that allow high performing hygienist to make more than $55-$65/hr
-Paid CPR and Nitrous Certifications

-Full-time hygienist can make $100,000-$150,000+/year in our high care, low patient volume model

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
-Active Texas RDH license
-CPR Certified
-Reliable form of transportation
