Registered Manager- Children and Young People

<p><span data-contrast="auto">Liquid Personnel </span>have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager in a reputable, established multi-home organisation. You will hold overall responsibility for day-to-day management of the Children’s Home and accountable for the delivery of a high quality of service provision, incorporating care, welfare, safety and security of all children and young people in their care in order for them to achieve a secure base. Supporting, leading and managing a team of staff who will provide protection and support the children with their physical, psychological, emotional &amp; social development. The home is an existing home with a Good Ofsted Rating.<span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What will your responsibilities be?</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li>Reporting to the Operations Manager and with the support of an Assistant Manager, you will effectively and efficiently manage a Multi-Building Registration.</li> <li>Responsible for the leadership, management, and operation of your service, supporting children and young people.</li> <li>Through your positive outlook and ability to see beyond behaviours work towards the progression and development of the children we look after</li> <li>Set the operational direction and organise the effective running of the service to meet its statement of purpose.</li> <li>Mentor and support residential support workers to be the best they can be</li> <li>Work in partnership with external agencies</li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Benefits:</span></strong> <span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li>Benefits:&nbsp;32 days A/L which includes Bank Holidays- this will increase by a day for the first 3 years</li> <li>Ofsted Bonus: £3000 for an ‘Outstanding’ report and £1500 for a ‘Good’ report</li> <li>Other:&nbsp;Company car/ travel allowance of £3000 pa</li> <li>Occupancy: Full occupancy- £400 per month</li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Qualifications and Experience:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">To be successful in this role you must have.</span> &nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>A Level 5 in Leadership and management (Children and Young People)</li> <li>Good knowledge around Children’s Homes regulations (2015), Children’s Homes Regulations including the quality standards</li> <li>At least 3&nbsp;years’ experience within a children’s residential homes and 1&nbsp;years’ experience at a Senior level</li> <li>A Full UK driving licence&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Reasonable Adjustments:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">If you consider yourself to have a disability or require any reasonable adjustment during the recruitment process or within the workplace, please highlight this at the earliest opportunity by contacting our team.
