About the role
<p><span data-teams="true">Liquid Personnel is seeking a Registered Manager to join a valued client who is launching <strong>two brand-new children’s residential homes</strong></span> in Leyland. Each home will support up to <strong>two children</strong>, providing a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment.</p>
<p>The organisation is seeking either:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Two Registered Managers</strong> – one for each home, or</li>
<li><strong>One Dual Registered Manager</strong> – to oversee both homes.</li>
</ul>
<p>This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping a new service and to grow with a forward-thinking, expanding organisation.</p>
<h3>What We’re Looking For:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in an Ofsted-registered children’s home</li>
<li>NVQ Level 3 (or above) in Residential Childcare</li>
<li>Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards / willing to undertake)</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and children’s residential care standards</li>
<li>Proven leadership and team-building skills</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities</li>
<li>Strong organisational and time-management skills</li>
<li>Experience in physical intervention or willingness to complete relevant training</li>
</ul>
