Registered Manager – Operational Lead

<p>Liquid Personnel is looking for a hands-on leader passionate about delivering exceptional care to young adults? If so, Liquid Personnel is looking for an Operational Lead for its client at Blackpool to manage a specialist residential service supporting 16–25-year-olds with complex needs, including mental health challenges, learning disabilities and complex healthcare requirements.<br>This is a unique and rewarding role that combines Registered Manager responsibilities with broader operational leadership across a dynamic and evolving service.
