<p>As the <strong>RN Advocate</strong>, you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Be main point of contact for clients</li>
<li>Visit and assess clients in their home</li>
<li>Conduct medical analysis</li>
<li>Help manage medications</li>
<li>Oversee home health and home care providers</li>
<li>Attend doctor visits to be our client’s advocate</li>
</ul>
<p>To be successful in this role, you will have:</p>
<ul>
<li>Associates or Bachelors degree and active Ohio license to practice as a Registered Nurse.</li>
<li>10 years’ experience in nursing, with prior <strong>ICU, Geriatrics, Hospice, or Home Health</strong> experience preferred.</li>
<li>Current BLS certification preferred.</li>
<li>Demonstrated clinical skills and leadership competencies, including excellent communication, customer service, continuous quality improvement, relationship development, and results orientation.</li>
<li>Solid MS Office skills; experience with EMR systems.</li>
<li>Able to handle confidential and sensitive information while working with persons with dementia and mental health conditions.</li>
</ul>
