Open Fertility nurses serve as trusted clinical partners—providing compassionate, knowledgeable, and&nbsp;hands</span>‑<span data-contrast="auto">on&nbsp;care throughout each patient’s treatment journey.</span><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">This role supports both&nbsp;clinic</span>‑<span data-contrast="auto">based&nbsp;patient care and operations within the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), including pre</span>‑<span data-contrast="auto">&nbsp;and&nbsp;post</span>‑<span data-contrast="auto">operative&nbsp;recovery, operating room support, regulatory compliance, and coordination of care.&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p>Some day-to-day duties include:</p> <ul> <li>Establish confidence, trust, and a positive rapport with all patients</li> <li>Case manage a large patient portfolio</li> <li>Coordinate treatment for patients undergoing Egg Freezing, IUI, IVF, and Egg Donation</li> <li>Order time-sensitive medications</li> <li>Admit, treat, and discharge patients within the ambulatory surgery center</li> <li>Monitor and assess patients during pre- and post-operative phases</li> <li>Provide pre- and post-operative instructions and communicate results to patients</li> <li>Maintain a safe and clean work environment</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Education, Licenses, Certifications and Other Requirements&nbsp;</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree&nbsp;</li> <li>Licensed Registered Nurse in Colorado (RN)/(BSN)</li> <li>Current ACLS certification</li> </ul> <h3>Employment Type</h3> <p>This is a full-time (40 hours a week/8 hours per day) non-exempt onsite position that requires early hours, rotational weekends and holidays.&nbsp;</p> <h3>Compensation</h3> <p>The salary range for this role is $45-$50/hour.
