Come grow with us. </div>What you’ll be doing:  Schedule: Part Time Night Shift - Two, 12-hour shifts per week with one weekend shift every other weekend The Registered Nurse (RN) provides coordinated medical and clinical nursing care to meet the needs of each assigned patient within the ERC Pathlight system. They will partner with an interdisciplinary team to provide quality care and a consistently therapeutic milieu for all patients.  As a leader of the health care team, the RN provides professional nursing care, utilizing sound clinical judgement, in alignment with ERC Pathlight’s established standards of care, policies, and procedures. They are expected to remain flexible, demonstrate effective, efficient care while maintaining quality, in alignment with ERC Pathlight’s vision, mission, and strategic plan. All teammates are expected to treat patients, families, and co-workers with dignity and respect. The RN may be required to work on-call shifts based on business needs, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local labor laws.  Essential duties and responsibilities:   <ul> <li
