Responsibilities
- Monitor and communicate health needs to staff, families, and providers
- Administer medications and oversee treatments as ordered
- Respond to incidents and changes in health status
- Collaborate on psychotropic medication reviews
- Maintain accurate Medication Administration Records (MARs)
- Provide direct care and general nursing services as needed
- Ensure medical supplies are stocked and available
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Current Nebraska RN or LPN license in good standing
- DD Waiver experience preferred
- Pass background check (criminal history, APS/CPS)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Physically able to assist with transfers and lift 50+ lbs.
