Registered Nurse - Patient Care Specialist

Role Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. As a Patient Care Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality patient care, ensuring the comfort and wellbeing of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient health and record observations accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on management of illnesses or injuries.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Valid RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• Proficient in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.

Preferred / Nice-to-have Skills:

• Experience in critical care or emergency nursing.
• Advanced CPR certification.

Education and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with relevant experience.
