Registered Nurse – Patient Care Specialist

Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse – Patient Care Specialist, you will be an integral part of our medical team, providing high-quality care to our patients. You will apply your clinical knowledge and compassionate approach to enhance patient outcomes and contribute to a supportive healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as per the medical orders.
• Monitor patient health, recording vital statistics and reports.
• Coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals and departments.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.

Required Skills and Experience

• Current and valid Nursing License.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care or hospital setting.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Preferred / Nice-to-have Skills

• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Bilingual abilities in Spanish and English.

Education and Certifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred, Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) with equivalent experience considered.
