Registered Nurse Supervisor

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor at Boston General Hospital, you will lead a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, ensuring our patients receive compassionate and efficient care. In this role, you will manage staff schedules, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and oversee patient care within your unit. Your leadership will be pivotal to maintaining high standards of clinical practice and enhancing patient experience.

• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans.
• Supervise nursing staff and provide guidance and mentorship.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Required skills and experience include a BSN degree, along with at least 5 years of clinical nursing experience, and 2 years in a supervisory role. Proficiency in electronic health records and exceptional communication skills are mandatory.

Preferred skills include a Master's degree in Nursing and certifications in BLS and ACLS. Experience with patient advocacy and public speaking are advantageous.
