About the role:
As a Registration and Takeover Consultant you will be responsible for preparing the documentation required for VAT registration, de-registration, or onboarding a new client and various administrative changes. This includes liaising with tax authorities or agents to initiate and complete the application process or client transition. Additionally, the employee will conduct an analysis of the client's VAT obligations.
Working shift: Monday - Friday, 09:00 AM - 17:30 PM
Requirements:
Secondary education
Excellent command of the English language - written and spoken
Telephone etiquette – friendly and clear voice, able to listen
Proficiency with Excel and Word
Ability to make decisions and make informed judgments based on available information
Planning and organizing skills
Ability to take personal responsibility for one's actions
Ability to handle documents
Strong communication skills and ability to maintain good interpersonal relations with clients and colleagues

Responsibilities:
Ensure that it is working with up - to - date forms, procedures, and legislation
Prepare the necessary set of documents for the process within the agreed deadlines
To follow up regularly with the client/ onboarding team member working with clients for process of procurement of documents until the complete set is provided
To submit applications for VAT registration/ de - registration or taking on a new client to the tax offices/ agents within the 24 hours of receiving a complete set of documents
To regularly follow up the processing of already filed applications with the tax offices/ agents until the process is finalized
To respond to inquiries from clients, tax offices/ agents within the set deadlines
To register and certify new clients in the tax portal
To support the process of introducing changes in laws and procedures into the practice of the Registration team
To maintain a knowledge database and library of diverse and up - to - date forms, manuals and case studies, procedures, and legal requirements
To research and communicate with tax authorities/ agents to ensure that the most up - to - date forms are used and that the up - to date requirements and legal provisions apply
To constantly stive to streamline and improve the processes of VAT registration/ de - registration or takeover of a new client
To carry out communication with various external suppliers - local VAT agents, translation agencies, etc.
Communicate with other team members and assist them in the execution of their daily tasks/projects
Communicate with other team members and other teams in relation to receiving, verifying and transmitting necessary information and assisting them as necessary
To communicate with the members of the Onboarding and CEM teams working with customers regarding the clarification of pressing questions
Participate in conversations with clients, regarding the process of registration/ de - registration or taking over a new client, identifying their needs and proposing solutions
Report your work to the Project Manager and Head of Department on a daily/ weekly/ monthly basis in relation to the implementation of ongoing and completed project
