Responsibilities - Maintain a portfolio of Macau clients, providing comprehensive financial solutions to meet their diverse needs - Develop new Macau local business relationships - Proactively identify growth opportunities and cross-sell a range of banking products and services to existing clients - Collaborate with various teams within the bank and to deliver seamless client experiences - Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and procedures - Contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the Macau market segment Requirements - Experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry - Strong understanding of the Macau market and their financial needs - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills - Ability to work independently, as part of a team, be cooperative across all units - Proficient in the use of relevant banking and financial software applications The hiring process for this role is subject to the Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme.
