About the role

Business Function Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities - Manage a portfolio of middle market and institutional banking clients, providing comprehensive financial solutions and advisory services to meet their evolving business needs - Proactively identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to deepen client relationships and expand the bank's market share - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product specialists and credit analysts, to deliver tailored financial products and services - Monitor market trends, industry developments, and client feedback to anticipate and address their changing requirements - Ensure compliance with the bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines - Contribute to the team's overall performance and business objectives by meeting or exceeding assigned targets and KPIs Requirements - Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate or commercial banking, with a proven track record of managing a diverse portfolio of middle market and institutional clients - Strong understanding of the financial needs and challenges faced by middle market and institutional clients, and the ability to provide customized solutions - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders - Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic plans - Proficient in the use of financial analysis tools and data management systems - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the organization The hiring process for this role is subject to the Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme.
