Business Function
Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of middle market clients, providing comprehensive financial solutions and advisory services to meet their evolving needs
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and cross-sell a range of banking products and services to existing clients
- Collaborate with various teams within the bank to deliver seamless and tailored solutions for clients
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and procedures
- Actively participate in client meetings, presentations, and events to build strong relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of the middle market segment and their financial needs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in the use of relevant banking and financial software applications
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism
