Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of middle market clients, providing comprehensive financial solutions and advisory services to meet their evolving needs
• Proactively identify growth opportunities and cross-sell a range of banking products and services to existing clients
• Collaborate with various teams within the bank to deliver seamless and tailored solutions for clients
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and procedures
• Actively participate in client meetings, presentations, and events to build strong relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong understanding of the middle market segment and their financial needs
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in the use of relevant banking and financial software applications
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism
