About the role
<p><strong>•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.<br>•5–10 years of experience as a Release Manager or Deployment Manager in the Banking Domain.<br>•Hands-on experience in preparing Deployment Run Books and managing detailed deployment activities.<br>•Experience working closely with technical teams for deployment activities.<br>•Excellent communication and presentation skills, including diagrammatic and timeline-based milestone presentations.<br>•Ability to adapt to challenging working hours and provide off-office hours support for deployments.<br>•Advanced MS Excel skills for checklists and tracking.<br>•SharePoint for documentation and team collaboration.<br>•Familiarity with ITIL processes, change management, and release governance.</strong></p>
