You will act as a central coordinator across engineering, operations, and business stakeholders, driving visibility, accountability, and execution throughout the release lifecycle. This includes managing Azure DevOps (ADO) workflows, validating release readiness, tracking progress and risks, and enabling standardized processes and reporting across teams.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></h2> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Release Management &amp; Execution</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support the full release lifecycle (intake → validation → release → post-release tracking)</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Validate release requests, including dependencies, readiness, and required inputs prior to submission</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate timelines, milestones, and deliverables across stakeholders</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Track release status, risks, and blockers and drive resolution to ensure on-time delivery</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>ADO Governance &amp; Workflow Management</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Define and maintain Azure DevOps (ADO) structures, work items, and tracking frameworks</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure ADO remains the single source of truth for release tracking and reporting</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Create and manage:</span> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Features, Product Backlog Items (PBIs), and task hierarchies</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Iteration paths and delivery timelines</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Change request tracking and backlog prioritization</span></li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Govern ADO usage to prevent duplication, data gaps, and misalignment across teams</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Process Improvement &amp; Standardization</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Identify and implement improvements across release workflows</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Drive standardization of:</span> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Catalog release processes</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Asset updates and go-to-market workflows</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">ADO fields, templates, and tracking models</span></li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Perform gap analysis across systems and resolve inconsistencies</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Cross-Functional Coordination</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Serve as the central point of coordination across business, engineering, and operations teams</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Facilitate sync meetings, release readiness reviews, and governance checkpoints</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure stakeholders meet milestones and provide required inputs on time</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Reporting, Dashboarding &amp; Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is <strong>$100,000-$110,000 USD/annum.&nbsp; </strong>Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
