Associates are part of our Relic Inventory team, responsible for receiving, documenting, inventorying, and transacting whole and cut memorabilia pieces as they make their way through the manufacturing process. Ideal candidates are self-starters who possess analytical skills and have strong attention to detail given the criticality of maintaining accurate inventory for auditing and financial purposes. Candidates with a passion for sports, culture, &amp; entertainment will find themselves a strong cultural fit.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong><em>Responsibilities:</em></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Receive, open and sort through mail to prep it to be received material into Oracle by subject</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist in building spreadsheets with correct data to receive inventory into Oracle.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Learn how to use Airtable to gather invoices</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Learn how to use new NCF system to gather invoices in collaboration with Athlete Partnerships</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist with cycle counts daily and various inventory transactions including player worn returns, which provide accurate descriptions of what is in inventory and help pass yearly audits</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Learn the ins-and-outs of the Relic Ops department as new processes and technology are implemented to improve the quality and efficiency of our product</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Abides by and helps to uphold all security measures to ensure Relics are secure</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong><em>The Ideal Candidate:&nbsp;</em></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Dallas / Sunnyvale, TX based</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">High school diploma or GED required</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments, preferred</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to lift 30lbs at once</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelors degree preferred</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel), required</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Accounting/finance experience preferred</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Oracle EBS experience preferred</span></li> </ul> <p class="p1">&nbsp;</p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1" style="font-size: 12pt;"><em>Ensure your Fanatics job offer is legitimate and don’t fall victim to fraud.&nbsp; Fanatics never seeks payment from job applicants.
