We are currently recruiting for a Relief Security Officer to provide cover across multiple sites within a 15-mile radius of Birmingham City Centre. This role is ideal for flexible and professional security officers who can adapt to different locations and site requirements.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• 👀 Providing a visible and professional security presence

• 🚶 Conducting patrols and site inspections

• 🚪 Managing access and egress control

• ⚠️ Responding to incidents and emergencies

• 📝 Completing accurate incident and shift reports

• 🤝 Delivering excellent customer service at all times

🎯 Requirements

• 🪪 Valid SIA Licence

• 💬 Strong communication and customer service skills

• 🔄 Flexible approach to working hours and locations

• ✔️ Reliable and professional attitude

• 🚗 Ability to travel across the Birmingham area
