About the role

Eram Talent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reporting Lead to manage and drive the reporting activities for the Capital Renewal Program in Saudi Arabia. The Reporting Lead is responsible for overseeing program-wide reporting, analytics, and executive visibility for the Capital Renewal Program at KAUST. This role ensures the delivery of accurate, timely, and actionable insights across all projects, supporting leadership in strategic decision-making, governance, and execution.

The role acts as a critical link between project teams and executive management by consolidating data, managing reporting frameworks, and driving continuous improvement in reporting processes, dashboards, and program integration.

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of regular and ad-hoc reports related to the Capital Renewal Program.
  • Collaborate with project managers, finance, and other stakeholders to define reporting requirements and KPIs.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain standardized reporting frameworks covering scope, cost, schedule, risks, and KPIs, ensuring governance, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Consolidate project data into weekly, monthly, and quarterly executive reports, delivering timely and actionable insights for leadership.
  • Establish and enforce reporting protocols, including timelines, validation workflows, and approval processes across all project teams.
  • Track and manage interdependencies across projects, ensuring alignment with operational priorities and funding cycles.
  • Identify and communicate cross-project risks, delays, and resource conflicts, providing impact assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Design and maintain executive dashboards, offering real-time visibility into program progress, budget utilization, schedule performance, and key risks.
  • Review and validate master schedules, monitor critical path and dependencies, and proactively address slippages with recovery plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement by enhancing reporting tools, templates, and processes while promoting best practices in planning, scheduling, and program reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional certification such as PMP is preferred.
  • Certification in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in project reporting, program management, or capital project oversight.
  • Experience in managing reporting frameworks and executive dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle, governance, and reporting processes.
  • Experience in schedule management and critical path analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and SAP.
  • Experience with dashboarding and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mathematical skills.
