Associate, Reporting & System Administration (External Agency Staff)

<p class="x_MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB" data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">The Associate, Reporting &amp; System Administration Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the NFL’s core finance systems, including Oracle ERP, EPM, and Blackline. This position contributes to ongoing system enhancement initiatives and ensures the smooth functioning of key financial platforms.</span></p> <p class="x_MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB">Sitting within the Finance Functional and Reporting team, the Associate helps design, develop, and maintain high‑quality reports that serve the League’s Finance and Accounting organization.</span></p> <p class="x_MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB">This position works closely with partners across Finance and IT to uphold data integrity, maintain reporting standards, and resolve system‑related issues.</span></p> <p class="x_MsoNormal"><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB">Oversee system administration activities, including user support, issue escalation, and ongoing data maintenance.</span></li> <li class="x_MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB">Partner with Global Shared Services and IT teams to ensure systems and reporting tools operate effectively and meet evolving business requirements.</span></li> <li class="x_MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB">Support the evaluation and implementation of system upgrades, patches, and fixes.</span></li> <li class="x_MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB">Help to design, develop, and maintain both standard and ad hoc financial and operational reports to support business operations and leadership decision‑making.</span></li> <li class="x_MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB">Contribute to the upkeep of the centralized reporting library, ensuring consistent data definitions, performance metrics, and reporting standards.</span></li> <li class="x_MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB">Collaborate with Finance and Accounting leaders to identify opportunities for system and reporting enhancements.</span></li> <li class="x_MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB">Assist in executing the roadmap for finance systems and reporting, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.</span></li> <li class="x_MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB">Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance data accuracy, efficiency, and accessibility across reporting workflows.</span></li> <li class="x_MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB">Document processes and support the creation of user guides, training materials, and other documentation to enable effective system and reporting usage</span></li> </ul> <p class="x_MsoNormal"><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB">Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.</span></li> <li class="x_MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB">Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial reporting, data analysis, or ERP system support.</span></li> <li class="x_MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB">Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy; SQL experience is a plus.</span></li> <li class="x_MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB">Solid understanding of Oracle ERP or comparable financial systems.</span></li> <li class="x_MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB">Familiarity with Oracle EPM is an advantage.</span></li> <li class="x_MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB">Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for a variety of stakeholders.</span></li> <li class="x_MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB">Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across Finance, Accounting, and IT teams.</span></li> </ul> <p class="x_MsoNormal"><strong><u>Terms /Expected Hours of Work:</u></strong></p> <p class="x_MsoNormal">This job posting is for a position with one of the NFL’s third-party agency partners that provides services to the NFL. All compensation, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment are handled by the agency.
