Request for Proposal: Opinion Survey

About the role
On behalf of the Australian Government, the Building Community Engagement in Papua New Guinea (BCEP) Program, managed by DT Global Asia Pacific, is inviting qualified organisations to submit proposals to carry out a telephone based opinion survey to understand what Papua New Guineans think and feel about sorcery accusation related violence (SARV). BCEP and its partner, the Melanesian Institute, will design the survey, analyse the survey data, and write the survey report. The service provider will be responsible for completing 2,000 surveys that are a representative sample of people over 18 years of age across the country. It is expected the data collection will be conducted between January and February 2026.
This invitation is open to organisations that meet the criteria detailed in the request for proposal (RFP) document. Interested parties may request the RFP document by emailing debbie.asaka@bcep.org.pg referencing ‘SARV Opinion Survey’ in their request.
The submission deadline is 2 pm Port Moresby time on 15 December 2025. DT Global will not accept late submissions. Any questions or requests for clarification will need to be submitted before Tuesday 9 December 2025 and no responses will be provided within 48 hours of the deadline for submission.
