The overarching objectives of the contract held by DLH are to assist DHP in addressing its public health mission by providing data management, data governance, data analysis, and data dissemination support to strengthen the nationwide capacity to monitor the HIV epidemic.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>This position is 100% remote. </strong>However, employees may be required to attend occasional in-person meetings, trainings, or team events on an as-needed basis. To support onboarding and compliance requirements, candidates must reside within reasonable commuting distance of Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; or Washington, DC. font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in public health or related field.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated ability to work with multiple data sources to monitor and assess data to ensure data quality, including accuracy and completeness.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">At least 2 years of experience with managing or running a research or demonstration project.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with public health research budgets and expenditures.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Prior experience with CDC, HHS, or other federal or state health agency.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
