In this role, you’ll help drive business success across a variety of industries and global brands, working with smart, kind people who love turning human insights into clear stories, stronger decisions, and better customer experiences.</p> <p>This role is open to candidates based in the US region only, with a hybrid/remote working model designed to support connection, focused work, and real life outside of work.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>About Reach3 Insights</strong></span></p> <p>Reach3 Insights is a full-service research consultancy that helps modern brands move faster and get closer to their customers through mobile-first, conversational research. You'll find a team that values trust, curiosity, ownership, creativity, and having a good time while doing meaningful work.<br><br></p> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>What you’ll own</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Manages all stages of the market research project cycle including:&nbsp;</li> <ul> <li>Designing and developing questionnaires and discussion guides,&nbsp;</li> <li>Overseeing data collection &amp; ensuring strict quality control,&nbsp;</li> <li>Identifying and writing up analytical findings,&nbsp;</li> <li>Visualizing and reporting quantitative and qualitative findings,&nbsp;</li> <li>Report writing and taking deliverables to the next level,&nbsp;</li> <li>Working with marketing research software packages.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <li>Help to proactively nurture and develop strategic client relationships</li> <li>Mentor &amp; manage junior researchers on the project execution &amp; client management process. &nbsp;</li> <li>Bring an exceptional drive and entrepreneurial mindset, while also being highly organized related to planning and implementing both strategic and tactical project timelines.</li> <li>Be an enduring, positive and collaborative member of the team who genuinely cares about all facets of the company, our strategy and reputation in the market.&nbsp;<br><br></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>What you bring</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>University or College degree in a relevant discipline.</li> <li>5+ years of relevant hands-on work experience, preferably with a supplier side organization</li> <li>Hands-on research exposure, including questionnaire design, sample frame development, field management, analysis planning, data visualization and creative report writing.&nbsp;</li> <li>Incredible attention to detail and be highly organized, with an ability to manage multiple projects at once and consistently shifting priorities and timelines.</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills – someone who is unafraid of asking questions or for help when they face roadblocks.</li> <li>Enthusiasm for coaching &amp; training junior researchers, as well as be mentored by your senior colleagues.</li> <li>An innate ability to find the story in the numbers, and to sift through qualitative &amp; qualitative data to extract meaningful nuggets and insights.</li> <li>Creative data visualization and reporting skills – someone who develops reports that always impress colleagues and clients.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Nice to have</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Exposure to sophisticated market research practices including a wide variety of quantitative and qualitative market research methods.</li> <li>Experience in qualitative and direct moderation practices such as interviews, focus groups and/or bulletin boards, etc.</li> <li>Experience working in media and entertainment industry is a plus.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Why Reach3 for your next career adventure?</strong></span></p> <p>At Reach3, how we work matters just as much as what we deliver.
