The Research Director defines the vision, strategy, and operating model for research activities across the organization, encompassing Consumer & Market Research and User Research. This role is accountable for building and leading a unified research organization that delivers high quality, actionable insights to inform design, product, marketing, and business decisions.
As the research counterpart to the Analytics Director, the Research Director ensures that qualitative and quantitative research disciplines operate with methodological rigor, strategic clarity, and strong alignment with business priorities. The role plays a key part in shaping how leadership and teams understand players, users, and markets, and how research is embedded into decision-making across the product lifecycle.
