The Ipsos Understanding Unlimited service line uses Qualitative techniques to humanize data and bring cultural intelligence into our clients’ thinking. We bring ‘life to life’, through listening, observing and illuminating human interactions.​ Ipsos UU is the largest qualitative research company in the world. IUU has a community of 1300 specialists with diverse backgrounds and skill sets (e.g. ethnographers, community managers, semioticians) who understand people better than anyone else, simply because we have done more research for more clients in more countries than anyone else. With us, clients are fluent in 88 cultures.

About You:

  • You have a 3-5 years of experience in research or strategic insights—your passion for understanding consumer behaviour shines through.
  • Your ability to connect with people and communicate ideas clearly and engagingly sets you apart.
  • You think creatively and strategically, ready to tackle any challenge with a fresh perspective.
  • You proactively identify opportunities with existing clients and contribute to business development through compelling proposals and pitches, acting as a ‘sparring partner for clients, understanding their business challenges
  • You are autonomous but thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoying both independent and team-driven successes.
  • Fluent in both English and Croatian.
