Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Researcher to support a UK-based employer in our client, working closely with Chloe to ensure continuity and quality. As a South African professional, you will be responsible for onboarding a new consultant and reducing staffing costs. This role is ideal for someone with research experience looking to work remotely for a UK-based company.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research to support the onboarding of a new consultant before August
• Assist Chloe in ensuring continuity of work during her absence
• Analyse data and information to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
• Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals and objectives
• Provide high-quality support to the new consultant and the team
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures to reduce staffing costs
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and clients

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2-3 years' experience in research
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Confidence using tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Previous experience working with UK clients or companies is advantageous
• Access to a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment
