Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Researcher to support a UK-based employer in our client. This role suits a South African professional with 5-7 years of experience in Facebook ads, CRM automation, and strong communication skills. You will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in Shared CRM, LinkedIn ads, and PPC skills to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on various topics to inform business decisions
- Develop and implement effective CRM automation strategies to improve customer engagement
- Create and manage high-performing campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
- Analyse campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our client's business goals and objectives
- Utilise data and analytics to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5-7 years' experience in Facebook ads, CRM automation, and strong communication skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Confidence using tools such as Shared CRM, LinkedIn ads, and Google Ads
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Previous experience working with UK clients or companies is advantageous
- Access to a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment
